Project overview

The Denver Regional Council of Governments is leading the North Federal Community Transportation Study in partnership with Adams County, City of Westminster, and Growing Home. The study's goal is to assess preferred mobility solutions for residents who are unable to or have difficulty accessing essential services in Southwest Adams County due to transportation barriers.

Community engagement is essential to the success of this study, as the goal is to develop a potential transportation service to best meet the needs of residents in Southwest Adams County, particularly those who have transportation barriers or challenges.

Phase one community engagement

For the first phase of community engagement the project team was focused on understanding how people are currently getting around Southwest Adams County, where key community destinations are, and what challenges they have in getting where they need to go. Thank you to everyone who participated in our phase one survey and focus groups!
