Commerce City is approximately 36.4 square miles with the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge essentially splitting the city into two parts, the Core City and the North Range.

Separate from this study, Commerce City received RTD Partnership Grant funding to test a one-year free microtransit pilot. Our goal with this study is to identify long-term microtransit solutions in the Core City where people often lack dependable transportation. This study will also look at feasibility of connections to the North Range.
