The Speer/Leetsdale/Parker BRT Alternatives Analysis is a study to identify the best option for priority transit or bus rapid transit on the corridor from Downtown Denver to I-225. This study will be led by the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) in close partnership with the City and County of Denver, the City of Aurora, the City of Glendale, Arapahoe County, RTD and CDOT.

Speer/Leetsdale/Parker is currently identified for future bus rapid transit in the 2050 Regional Transportation Plan, which is the federally required plan to to guide the region’s investments in the multimodal transportation system. This study also builds on several past efforts along this corridor Parker Road Corridor Study, Denver Moves Cherry Creek, the Cherry Creek and Speer Vision and Feasibility Study, the RTD BRT Feasibility Study, the 1st Avenue Redesign, and Go Speer Leetsdale.
